Política de Envíos, Devoluciones y Desistimiento
1. Envíos
FN RACETEC realiza envíos a los destinos disponibles durante el proceso de compra.
Los costes y métodos de envío disponibles se mostrarán al cliente antes de finalizar el pedido.
2. Preparación del pedido
Los pedidos serán preparados dentro del plazo indicado en la tienda.
Plazo habitual de preparación: 1-4 días
El plazo podrá variar en función de la disponibilidad del producto y de circunstancias logísticas.
3. Entrega
El pedido será enviado a la dirección proporcionada por el cliente.
FN RACETEC podrá utilizar Envia.com y diferentes empresas de transporte, incluyendo FedEx, UPS, CTT u otros transportistas disponibles para cada destino.
Los plazos de entrega indicados serán estimados salvo que se indique expresamente un plazo determinado.
4. Dirección incorrecta
El cliente será responsable de proporcionar correctamente los datos necesarios para realizar la entrega.
Si una entrega no puede realizarse debido a datos incorrectos o incompletos proporcionados por el cliente, FN RACETEC podrá repercutir los costes adicionales que correspondan, cuando legalmente proceda.
5. Paquetes dañados
Si el paquete presenta daños visibles, se recomienda comunicarlo al transportista en el momento de la entrega y contactar con FN RACETEC lo antes posible.
El cliente deberá conservar el embalaje y el producto cuando sean necesarios para tramitar la incidencia.
6. Productos incorrectos
Si el cliente recibe un producto diferente al solicitado, deberá contactar con FN RACETEC a través de:

FN RACETEC asumirá los costes necesarios para solucionar un error imputable a FN RACETEC.
7. Derecho de desistimiento
El consumidor dispone de 14 días naturales desde la recepción del producto para comunicar su decisión de desistir del contrato, salvo los casos legalmente exceptuados.
No es necesario justificar el motivo del desistimiento.
8. Cómo ejercer el desistimiento
El cliente podrá ejercer el desistimiento enviando una comunicación inequívoca a:

9. Devolución del producto
Una vez comunicado el desistimiento, el cliente deberá devolver el producto sin demora indebida y, en cualquier caso, dentro del plazo legalmente establecido de 14 días naturales desde la comunicación del desistimiento.
El producto deberá devolverse adecuadamente protegido para evitar daños durante el transporte.
El consumidor podrá manipular el producto en la medida necesaria para comprobar su naturaleza, características y funcionamiento.
El consumidor será responsable de la disminución de valor del producto cuando dicha disminución sea consecuencia de una manipulación que exceda de la necesaria para comprobar su naturaleza, características y funcionamiento.
10. Gastos de devolución por desistimiento
En caso de desistimiento voluntario, los costes directos de devolución serán asumidos por el cliente, siempre que FN RACETEC haya informado previamente de esta obligación.
11. Reembolso
FN RACETEC reembolsará las cantidades correspondientes al desistimiento conforme a la legislación aplicable.
El reembolso se realizará utilizando el mismo medio de pago empleado por el cliente, salvo que este haya acordado expresamente otro medio y siempre que no le suponga ningún coste.
FN RACETEC podrá retener el reembolso hasta haber recibido los productos o hasta que el cliente haya presentado una prueba de su devolución, según qué condición se cumpla primero.
12. Gastos de envío iniciales
En caso de desistimiento, FN RACETEC reembolsará los gastos de entrega ordinarios correspondientes.
Si el cliente hubiera elegido expresamente una modalidad de entrega más cara que la modalidad ordinaria menos costosa ofrecida por FN RACETEC, no tendrán que reembolsarse los costes adicionales derivados de dicha elección.
13. Productos defectuosos o no conformes
Si el producto presenta un defecto, una falta de conformidad o se ha producido un error imputable a FN RACETEC, el cliente deberá contactar con:

FN RACETEC asumirá los costes necesarios para la devolución y la solución de la incidencia cuando legalmente corresponda.
Dependiendo de las circunstancias y de la legislación aplicable, la solución podrá consistir en reparación, sustitución, reducción del precio, resolución del contrato u otra medida legalmente procedente.
14. Diferencia entre desistimiento y producto defectuoso
El desistimiento voluntario es un derecho que permite al consumidor devolver el producto sin necesidad de alegar un defecto.
En estos casos, el cliente asumirá los costes directos de devolución conforme a lo indicado anteriormente.
Cuando exista una falta de conformidad o un error imputable a FN RACETEC, se aplicarán las normas de garantía legal y FN RACETEC asumirá los costes que legalmente correspondan.
15. Excepciones al derecho de desistimiento
El derecho de desistimiento no se aplicará cuando concurra alguna de las excepciones previstas legalmente.
FN RACETEC no comercializa productos fabricados conforme a especificaciones del consumidor o claramente personalizados.

17. Garantía legal
Los productos vendidos a consumidores están sujetos a la garantía legal de conformidad establecida por la legislación vigente.
Nada de lo establecido en esta política limitará los derechos legalmente reconocidos a los consumidores.
18. Actualización
Esta política podrá modificarse para adaptarse a cambios legales, operativos o relacionados con los servicios de FN RACETEC.

Shipping, Returns, and Withdrawal Policy
1. Shipping
FN RACETEC ships to the destinations available during the purchase process.
Available shipping costs and methods will be shown to the customer before the order is finalized.
2. Order preparation
Orders will be prepared within the timeframe indicated in the store.
Standard preparation time: 1-4 days
This timeframe may vary depending on product availability and logistical circumstances.
3. Delivery
The order will be shipped to the address provided by the customer.
FN RACETEC may use Envia.com and various courier companies, including FedEx, UPS, CTT, or other carriers available for each destination.
Delivery times indicated are estimates unless a specific timeframe is expressly stated.
4. Incorrect address
The customer is responsible for correctly providing the information necessary for delivery.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, FN RACETEC may pass on any resulting additional costs, where legally applicable.
5. Damaged packages
If the package shows visible damage, it is recommended to report this to the courier at the time of delivery and contact FN RACETEC as soon as possible.
The customer must keep the packaging and product when necessary to process the claim.
6. Incorrect products
If the customer receives a product different from the one ordered, they must contact FN RACETEC at:
FN RACETEC will bear the costs necessary to resolve an error attributable to FN RACETEC.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to notify their decision to withdraw from the contract, subject to the legally established exceptions.
There is no need to state a reason for withdrawal.
8. How to exercise the right of withdrawal
The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal by sending an unambiguous communication to:

9. Returning the product
Once withdrawal has been notified, the customer must return the product without undue delay and, in any case, within the legally established period of 14 calendar days from the date the withdrawal was notified.
The product must be returned adequately protected to prevent damage during transport.
The consumer may handle the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
The consumer will be liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
10. Return costs upon withdrawal
In the case of voluntary withdrawal, the direct costs of return will be borne by the customer, as FN RACETEC has informed the customer of this obligation in advance through this policy.
11. Refunds
FN RACETEC will refund the amounts corresponding to the withdrawal in accordance with applicable law.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer, unless the customer has expressly agreed to a different method and provided this does not incur any cost for them.
FN RACETEC may withhold the refund until it has received the products or until the customer has provided proof of return, whichever condition is met first.
12. Initial shipping costs
In the event of withdrawal, FN RACETEC will refund the corresponding standard delivery costs.
If the customer expressly chose a more expensive delivery method than the least costly standard option offered by FN RACETEC, the additional costs resulting from that choice will not be refunded.
13. Defective or non-conforming products
If the product has a defect, a lack of conformity, or an error attributable to FN RACETEC has occurred, the customer must contact:
FN RACETEC will bear the costs necessary for the return and resolution of the issue where legally required.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the remedy may consist of repair, replacement, price reduction, termination of the contract, or another legally applicable measure.
14. Difference between withdrawal and defective product
Voluntary withdrawal is a right that allows the consumer to return the product without needing to claim a defect.
In such cases, the customer will bear the direct return costs as indicated above.
Where there is a lack of conformity or an error attributable to FN RACETEC, the legal warranty rules will apply, and FN RACETEC will bear the legally required costs.
15. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply where any of the legally established exceptions arise.
FN RACETEC does not sell products made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized products.
16. Return address
Before making a return, the customer must contact FN RACETEC to receive the corresponding instructions.

17. Legal warranty
Products sold to consumers are subject to the legal warranty of conformity established under applicable law.
